Oh red sole, how I love thee…

I can’t believe it’s already 2012!!!

Tonight is the last night of my day off…but at least I’m going to Kauai in a few weeks!

Hope everyone had a fab new year’s!

And 2 days to be exact.

Spent my anniversary at work, at the gym and sharing a little strawberries and cream cake (from whole foods) with the family.

Spent friday morning/afternoon at home with my love prepping to leave to go to a quaint little B&B in Washington, VA.  We stayed at Foster Harris House and dined at The Inn at Little Washington.  What a fantastic dinner, very intimate and with my one and only.

I’m excited to say that I’m going back to Japan in less than 2 months!

Jon and I just figured out the times and plans of our trip over the weekend.  This time we’re going to put in some time into Osaka!  Glico man better be ready for me (pocky anyone?)!

We’re doing an Osaka/Kyoto/Tokyo trip.  We’re not going back to Kyoto for long, just enough time to see the Fushimi Inari Taisha (Shrine).  If anyone has seen Memoirs of a Geisha, it’s the scene with where the little girl is running through a lot of red arches.  We also plan to go to some places in Kyoto that we missed in our last trip.

Jon and I completely and utterly ♥ Japan.  40 some odd days and counting!
