Truffles’ Teeth Transformation

So over a month (or 2?) ago, I had Truffles’ teeth deep-cleaned. Truffles has always been a brat about brushing his teeth and nothing seemed to ever work. After Zoey ate a greenie that never broke down [yes, that means I saw it in her poop], I vowed to never feed the dogs greenies. I ended up purchasing other doggie dentals treats but the rare brushing of teeth and treats never helped the situation. Truffles’ breath was god-awful all the time so since I was making more money, I thought – instead of buying myself something that I probably don’t need, I’ll get Truffles’ teeth cleaned.
After over $700 later, I’ve got a happy pup that has pearly whites! I find that my vet is slightly pricey [but I mean, what vet isn't expensive?!], but they do such a thorough job. They gave me printouts, a ton of information and called me almost every hour telling me about how Truffles’ was doing. He was my brave little toaster. He came home a little groggy, but happy to be home with mommy and daddy.
You can check out his paperwork (Truffles Dental Paperwork), if you’re so inclined.
Currently, he’s a little better about brushing his teeth. I put him in the sink of my laundry room and that’s where all the doggie supplies are located. I use a rinse that was given to me by the vet and I put the doggie toothpaste on his teeth 2-3 times a week.
